Dear Parents,

Homework for tonight is to study and review all material.

As we approach tomorrow’s test for our unit on A Froggy Fable, I would like to provide some key information to ensure your child is fully prepared. The test will cover several important areas, including:

  1. Vocabulary from week 1&2 in the communication book.
  2. Spelling of final syllable "-le" words (Readers & Writers Notebook, page 298).
  3. Grammar conventions focusing on the use of adjectives.
  4. Story comprehension based on A Froggy Fable.

To help with review, your child's textbooks have been returned home. Please encourage them to revisit the material and practice the spelling words and their understanding of adjectives.

Carl the Complainer Story Spelling Words from RWNB PPT Week 16 vocabulary words Week 16 Communication book insert As we approach Week 16, we are preparing for a busy and productive time in class. This upcoming week ahead, students will continue their journey through the story Carl the Complainer , which will help reinforce key reading skills, including identifying cause and effect relationships. In addition to reading, we will focus on grammar lessons in our Reading and Writing Notebooks (RWNB), covering pronouns and multiple-meaning words that can function as both nouns and verbs. Spelling words from RWN Week 14 Vocabulary PPT   Firefighter Story Story Summary Pronouns Dear A2 Parents,  In the upcoming week, our class will continue exploring the Firefighter Unit in our Reading Street series. We have some exciting and important lessons planned to enhance the students' reading, spelling, and grammar skills.
